Aloha banana bread

First place winner in the Los Angeles County Fair, 1989

2 cups sugar

mix well

Pour into two 1lb loaf tins. Bake in moderate oven 45-50 minutes.

6 bananas

mash

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 cup margarine

4 eggs

beat well

2 1/2 cups flour

mix in well

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt
