Broccoli and cauliflower in sour cream sauce
500g broccoli Cut into florets. Boil or steam until just tender, drain. Place into heatproof serving dish, pour sauce over. If necessary to reheat, cover, bake in moderate oven 20 minutes.

2 onions finely chop
2 tablespoons flour  
2 tablespoons brown sugar  
1 teaspoon dry mustard  
1 1/2 cups milk  
1 cup sour cream
