Cauliflower Neapolitan

1/2 cauliflower Break into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes, drain. Refresh in a bowl of cold water, stand 30 minutes. Drain well. Add. Toss well.
1/2 small onion finely sliced mix well
1 small stick celery chop
8 stuffed green olives slice thinly
1/2 cup oil  
2 tablespoons lemon juice  
4 capers  
2 tablespoons parsley chop
