Chicken mole

2 1/2 lb chicken pieces     brown   set aside Cook together 10 minutes
3 tablespoons oil  
2 tablespoons garlic minced   bring to boil, simmer covered 30 minutes or until chicken is done blend
3/4 cup onion diced
2 cups chicken stock  
1 cup unseeded canned tomatoes  
1/4 lb chillies remove stems and seeds
1/2 teaspoon cloves  
1 tablespoon cocoa powder  
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon  
1/4 cup blanched almonds  
Serves 8
Serve with tortillas, rice, beans and tamales
