Creole style fish pie
1 large onion peel, chop   Fry 2 minutes Transfer fish with some of sauce into a large casserole dish, spread potatoes over, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in moderate oven 20 minutes.
2 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil  
1 tablespoon curry powder     Fry 1 minute
salt and pepper  
400g can chopped tomatoes     Bring to boil
400g pineapple pieces  
1 lb white fish chop into 1 inch cubes   Add, simmer 15 minutes
1/2 lb prawns shelled   Remove from heat, add
1/2 lb scallops  
5 fl oz cream  
1 1/2 lb potatoes Boil, mash
