Goats cheese tartlets

9oz strong goats cheese     beat Pour cheese into pastry shells, bake 25-30 minutes
1oz butter  
1 tablespoon cream     beat in
2 eggs beat
salt and pepper  
cayenne pepper  
sun-dried tomatoes chop finely   mix in
pastry bake blind 12 tartlet shells, cupcake sized
Serve with little piles of chopped tomato and avocado
