1 teaspoon lemon peel grated   blend in
1/4 cup lemon juice  
2/3 cup milk  
1 cup sugar     beat in until smooth
1/2 cup flour  
1/4 teaspoon salt  
2 egg whites beat until stiff peaks form   fold in
Serves 6
Serve warm or cool, with whipped cream
