500g dates Remove seeds   Microwave until soft, place in saucepan on low heat Shape into long rolls, coating with coconut to stop it sticking. Cover with clingfilm. Refrigerate until cold, cut into thick rounds.
1 cup cream     Stir in
40g milk chocolate     Stir in, in pieces, until the mixture is a lump
250g almonds Roast well   Mix in
250g pistachios Roast well
250g cashew nuts Roast well
1 packet marie biscuits Bate in slow oven until crunchy; cut into 4 pieces
50g dessicated coconut
