Garlic salmon marinade
Canadian Living's Best Barbecue Cookbook
5 cloves garlic chop   mash Chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Place salmon skin side down on greased barbecue grill over low heat, brush half of garlic mixture on top. Cook 15 minutes. Turn over, brush with remaining mixture. Increase heat to medium, cook 10 minutes or until flaky.
1/4 teaspoon salt  
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped   combine
2 tablespoons olive oil  
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes minced
1kg salmon fillet, unskinned
