Spicy salmon marinade

500g salmon fillet Slice into 4 pieces Turn salmon in marinade, leave in fridge 30 minutes. Place salmon skin side down on barbecue grill over medium high heat. Cook, basting frequently, 10 minutes per inch. Turn over once halfway through. When ready, fish will flake easily if tested with a fork.
1/4 cup olive oil   Whisk
1 teaspoon lime rind grated
1/4 cup lime juice  
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce  
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cummin  
2 cloves garlic mince
1/4 teaspoon salt  
1/4 teaspoon pepper
