Seafood timbales
Simple and delicious with Thai cucumber sauce

2 tablespoons butter     heat in double boiler Heat through, pour into well-buttered custard cups. Bake in a pan of hot water in a moderate oven 30 minutes.
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour     add
1 cup milk  
2 eggs beat   add
1 lb cooked fish flake
May be baked in tartlet trays, without water
