Chocolate mousse

. Serves 6. 6 steps
450g dark chocolate   melt, cool completely Cover and chill 4 hours.
100g castor sugar
2 tablespoons butter
6 egg yolks   mix in
6 egg whites whisk softly fold in carefully
This tastes wonderful and is very easy. There is another version, Chocolate and Coffee Mousse.
