stuffing
500ml basmati rice cook in boiling salted water 3 minutes, drain mix
300g raw prawns shell, devein
100g green deseeded olives
1/2 preserved lemon cut into small dice
1 big bunch coriander chop
1 big bunch parsley
200g button mushrooms chop
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
100ml olive oil
sauce
1 tablespoon oil cook
1 kg tomatoes peel, deseed, crush
1 tablespoon tomato puree   mix in 30 minutes
3 cloves garlic peel, chop finely
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bunch coriander chop   cook 5 minutes
200g raw prawns
100g button mushrooms
