Flaky pie crust

Adapted from The Joy of Cooking. makes one crust. 1 steps

125g flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

68g lard

14g butter

2 tablespoons water

This pastry has trouble keeping its shape. When baked blind, it turns into a blubbering mess. But it comes out ever so flaky.
