Pimms jelly

. Makes 12–18. 10 steps
4 strawberries chop coarsely and crush slightly shake vigorously, strain discard
1 slice orange
1 inch cucumber
2 sprigs mint bruise
6 ice cubes
3/4 cup Pimms number 1 cup keep Stir together. Pour into 20cm×10cm pan. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut into cubes to serve, and garnish.
2/3 cup ginger ale Combine ginger ale and cooled syrup, sprinkle with gelatin, allow to soak for a few minutes. Heat very gently until gelatin has dissolved completely.
2/3 cup lemon syrup
2 envelopes gelatin
lemon syrup
4 lemons cut into wedges, then bruise Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and strain immediately. Cool to room temperature.
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
