1/2 oz butter   slowly cook 10 minutes Oil 6 souffle dishes. Pour in batter. Place in hot water in baking dish, half way up sides of moulds. Bake in slow oven 20-30 minutes. May be prepared several hours in advance, and reheated in more hot water.
