Honey walnuts

Delicious to serve with drinks or after dinner coffee

250g walnut halves COmbine, mix well. Allow to stand 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Toss walnuts in sugar. Heat just enough hot oil to cover, cook until golden. Remove, drain well.
3/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
castor sugar
The honey stayed fairly gooey. This made it a bad idea to leave them to drain on kitchen paper.
