Egg bake with kale and feta

1/2 a medium onion chopped   saute over medium-high heat for 3–5 minutes or until softened In a ramekin, layer: sauce, kale, feta, sauce, kale, eggs, feta Bake in moderately hot oven for 12–15 minutes, or until eggs are fully cooked but still runny
1 clove garlic mince
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
5—6 large leaves of kale wash, trim, chop   saute 2–3 minutes or until kale is wilted
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt & pepper   season to taste
4 tablespoons marinara sauce
1/3 cup feta crumbled
2 eggs
