A decorative Greek spiral biscuit

500g butter   cream   Rest 5 minutes, covered. Roll into thin strips, 4mm diameter or smaller. Shape several strips into spirals with decorative fretwork Brush with beaten egg, dust with sugar. Bake 10-15 minutes in moderate oven or until golden brown.
