Lemon pudding cake

. Serves 6. 8 steps
2 egg yolks   beat Pour into ungreased 1 litre casserole, in 1 inch of hot water. Bake 45-50 minutes.
1 teaspoon lemon peel grated   blend in
1/4 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar   beat in until smooth
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites beat until stiff peaks form   fold in
Serve warm or cool, with whipped cream
