Courgette and cornmeal pie

This is a baked Balkan version of polenta.
. Serves 8–10 as a started. 10 steps
2 lb courgettes grate coarsely; press to extract juices   mix well Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, pour over the courgette mixture, and arrange the tomatoes on top, sprinkle with breadcrumbs Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes, then in moderately hot oven for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
1 cup onion chopped
4 oz feta cheese crumbled
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup packet mint leaves chopped
2 eggs
1/3 cup olive oil   mix in
2 medium tomatoes thinly sliced
2-3 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs
Let it cool, and cut into bite-size pieces to serve.
