Smoked cod with mushrooms and radicchio

This dish is an adaptation of the Italian salt cod with artichokes and porcini
Lu says the juices were amazing
. Serves 6. 14 steps
3 tablespoons oil   cook until not quite browned Cover and cook at lowest heat possible until not quite flaking Toss
4 cloves garlic crushed
150g smoked cod fillets   cook 1 minute over moderate heat
500g whiting fillets   add fish and sprinkle with salt; cook 1 minute over moderate heat
3/4 cup white wine e.g. New Zealand sauvignon blanc   pour in wine and sprinkle over parsley
3 tablespoons parsley chopped finely
3 tablespoons oil   heat
150g enoki mushrooms or similar sliced cook rapidly until mushrooms are just cooked
1 cup radicchio sliced
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 lemon juice
