8 chicken thighs Place chicken in baking dish, pour sauce over. Bake in moderate oven 1 hour.
3 tablespoons butter melted mix
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic crushed
1 chicken stock cube crushed
Serve with steamed potatoes, to mop up the delicious juices. Also nice with raita, to counter the spices.
Chicken thighs yield more juice than chicken breasts. If you use chicken breasts, you might need to add water or stock.
